Super clean rooms. And such friendly staff! The location is unbeatable, just steps from Gran Via. It's perfect for exploring the city, with everything at your fingertips.

The room was fashionable with a large windows looking an unappealing internal court, with essentials required. The location was good, near old town.
Some people working there were not so nice.

Choose interior rooms for a quieter experience, but be aware the ventilation may lead to lingering odors.

People were very kind. The rooms are small but clean and cute. Very good location.
The isolation is very bad and therefore noisy... Without earplug it is difficult to sleep..

Location. Friendly staff
1. Train all staff to speak basic English 2. Air conditioning in the room died during 2 of my 4 nights.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean modern accommodation and ensuite bathroom. No frills but very good value for money.
Not complaints so much as observations. No breakfast available in the hostal. No english speaking news channel on the tv

It was just a solid selection for a getaway in Madrid with very good value for money. The reception is open 24 hours and the staff were friendly, helping with directions. Bring a kettle if you enjoy making tea in your room.

Perfect location in small street close to Gran Via. My room was facing a small courtyard. Very quiet. Rooms that face the street may be noisier. Hostal is on third floor though and well above the street. Room and private bathroom recently renovated and in very good condition. Good and very quiet aircondition.
I hab a double room for single use. The room was very small. o.k. for a single person, but for two probably too small
